Connie's Steak House & Wine Bar: A Perfect Spot for English Breakfast in Bengaluru

Nestled on Nehru Road in Kammanahalli, Bengaluru, Connie's Steak House & Wine Bar is a perfect place if you love English breakfasts and continental cuisine. With additional branches in Kothanur and Indiranagar, this restaurant has garnered a reputation among locals for its hearty meals and welcoming vibe.

On my November 16, 2024 visit, I decided to try their signature dish, the King's Breakfast priced at ₹450.

The King's Breakfast: A Feast to Remember

The King’s Breakfast is a sumptuous platter that includes juice, bacon, salami, chicken sausage, unlimited eggs (when not shared), bread, and coffee or tea. Since I shared the meal, the eggs were limited to four—so we opted for two sunny-side-up eggs and two fried eggs.

The bacon stood out with its crispy edges and juicy texture, complemented by the flavourful salami and sausages. The perfectly toasted bread and butter added to the indulgence. This meal was satisfying and enough for two, starting with refreshing guava juice and ending with a smooth cup of coffee.

The restaurant's ambience was inviting, with well-lit interiors, wooden tables draped in clean tablecloths, and neatly arranged cutlery. The walls featured beautiful paintings and a charming frame of guest signatures and messages—a delightful touch for those who enjoy browsing unique details.

During our visit, Connie’s wasn’t crowded, and we did not wait for the table. The staff was took our orders quickly and the food arrived at our table without delay.

Connie's offers a versatile menu that includes pork, bacon, and sausages as well as salads, seafood, platters, steaks, and desserts. Chicken options are available for non-pork eaters, and vegetarians also have choices.

Connie’s does not have a dedicated parking area, which can be a challenge for four-wheelers. However, two-wheelers can be parked without much hassle.

Overall, my experience at Connie’s was delightful, offering great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and good value for money. If you're in the Kammanahalli area, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
